Erika has always been drawn to what makes a home feel right. She studies architecture and design philosophy, and she's always learning what makes a space beautiful and what makes it timeless.

She's also a real estate investor who cares about sustainability and creating places that truly feel like home. That's taught her that homes sell on the details: the light in a kitchen, the craftsmanship in a staircase, the view from the back porch.
