Overhead drone view of a brick home on a wooded corner lot

Aerial Photography

From the air, buyers can see the whole lot, how the home sits on it, and what's around it. Pools, acreage, water, and neighborhood amenities all show up best from above. I'm an FAA certified drone pilot, so every flight follows the rules.

What You Get

  • Photos from several heights and angles around the property
  • The full lot, the roof, and the backyard in view
  • Nearby features worth showing, like a pool, a park, or the water
  • Edited to match your ground photos
  • Delivered in the same gallery as the rest of your photos

Before the Shoot

  • Move cars out of the driveway
  • Put away trash cans, hoses, and yard toys
  • Cover the pool or make sure it's clean and clear
  • Let neighbors know a drone may be overhead, if you think they'd care

Good to Know

  • Drones don't fly in rain or high wind. If the weather turns, I'll reschedule just the aerials at no charge.
  • A few spots near the airport and Fort Eisenhower have airspace limits. I check every address before the shoot and will let you know if anything changes the plan.
